Complete Audio & Video studio liquidation, for sale as a package only. The seller purchased all the equipment listed in the attached inventory list, with a few possible exceptions, as new equipment in 1997+/-. The total acquisition cost approaches $200,000 USD. The equipment is currently boxed and stored at a secure storage facility in Massachusetts. This equipment is in good working order, normal wear excepted, and will be sold “as is”. Full payment in cash or cleared funds will be required before taking possession. Auction Marketing Group will hold the funds in an escrow account until the buyer takes possession of the property. Possession must take place within 10 days from the closing of the sale, unless all parties mutually agree on a later date. Only upon acceptance or receipt of the property by the buyer or the Buyer's agent, will Auction Marketing Group release the funds to the Seller. Moving, shipping and/or storage costs, as of the date of purchase, will be the responsibility of the Buyer. (The Auctioneer will assist with shipping arrangements). For shipping purposes only, the shipping volume (not the actual volume which is much less) is roughly equivalent to 2.5 rooms of residential furnishings.Click on the thumbnail below to view the property as it appears today in the storage facility.
